  1. In big Pan/Sepri,put butter, when melted put garlic pods(slited)and ginger pieces, stir it, add sliced Onions, sliced Carrot, stir till Aroma comes, add black pepper and 1tezpatta, put tomatoes pieces.
  2. Add 1/2 tsp Sugar, put little water in it and stir, add water, cover the Pan for five minutes and keep it for cooling.blend the Tomatoes mixture and strain it. Again put in the Pan for boiling, add salt as taste..
  3. Serve hot with Fry noodles, Soup sticks..
